Huawei on the IFA event in Berlin announced the the latest metal-clad Ascend G7 smartphone, apart from the Ascend Mate 7. The Ascend G7 smartphone is priced at EUR 299 (which is approximately Rs. 23,400), This latest smartphone by Huawei will first come to Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Mexico, Poland, Spain, South Africa, Turkey, and the Netherlands, with other regions to follow later, according to the company sources confirm.
The latest Huawei smartphone is single SIM (Micro-SIM) Huawei Ascend G7 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with EMUI 3.0 skinned on top. It features a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display that offers a pixel density of 267ppi.
The Huawei Ascend G7 smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core (Cortex-A5) 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor powered by 2GB of RAM. The main camere is 13-megapixel (f/2.0) and with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
The device has 16GB internal storage on the device can be expanded via microSD card (up to 64GB). The Connectivity options on the Huawei Ascend G7 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G and 4G LTE Cat 4. The Huawei Ascend G7 packs a 3000mAh battery. The smartphone measures 153.5×77.3×7.6mm and weighs 165 grams.
