ZTE and Cricket Wireless have launched the successor to the Grand X Max phablet called the Grand X Max+ at CES 2015. The phablet will be available exclusively from Cricket Wireless online and offline stores starting January 9 at $199 (Rs. 12,600 approximately) off-contract.
ZTE Grand X Max+ has a feature of large 6-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display offering a pixel density of 245ppi. It is 7.87mm thick. The phablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-box and is a single-SIM. The ZTE Grand X Max+ is powered with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor. This phablet has a 2GB of RAM. There is a 16GB of inbuit storage which would be further expandable upto 32GB via microSD card.
The company of ZTE has upgraded the Grand Max+ with a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash while there is a 5-megapixel front camera also onboard. From the connectivity option the Grand X Max+ include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/ A-GPS. It packs with a 3200mAh of battery.
